1. Identification of the provider

2. Purpose of the service

Solset Ibiza provides a beach equipment rental and delivery service (parasols, snorkelling gear, SUP boards, towels, accessories and combined sets), with delivery to hotels and other accommodation in Sant Antoni de Portmany and Cala de Bou, Ibiza (Spain).

3. Booking and payment process

• The customer selects the products in the online shop, provides their delivery details and pays a booking payment through the Stripe payment gateway.
• This booking payment is non-refundable except where the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
• The remaining rental amount is paid at the time of delivery (cash or card).
• For certain items (e.g. SUP boards, inflatable loungers), a security deposit may be requested at the time of delivery, which will be refunded in full once the equipment is collected in good condition.

4. Cancellation policy

• More than 24 h before delivery: free cancellation with a full refund of the booking payment.
• Less than 24 h before delivery: no refund is issued.
• To cancel or amend a booking, contact us by WhatsApp or email before the stated deadline.

5. Customer responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for the rented equipment throughout the entire rental period.
• Damage to or loss of equipment will be invoiced to the customer at the replacement cost of the item.
• The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The service is available only to persons over 18 years of age.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery takes place at the reception of the hotel or accommodation specified at the time of booking. The equipment is likewise collected at reception at the end of the rental period. Solset Ibiza operates in the area of Sant Antoni de Portmany and Cala de Bou.

7. Limitation of liability

Solset Ibiza accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from improper use of the rented equipment. All items are delivered in optimum condition for use. Water-based activities involve inherent risks which the customer assumes voluntarily.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the rights granted by Spanish consumer legislation and European consumer protection law to customers resident in Spain or the European Union.
