The Ibiza sun in summer is no joke: very high UV, little natural shade in the coves and long hours on the beach ahead of you. This is the checklist we recommend to our customers — plus the trick to avoid checking in an extra suitcase: rent the bulky gear on the island.

The essentials
It does not matter which cove you head to: these things have to be in your bag.
- SPF 50 sunscreen (and aftersun for the evening)
- A parasol or your own shade — many coves have no sunbed hire
- Water: at least 1.5 L per person
- A towel or beach mat
- A waterproof phone case
- A cap and sunglasses
To make the most of the water
With a minimum of kit, any cove turns into a natural water park.
- Snorkel mask and fins
- Water shoes for rocky coves and sea urchins
- An inflatable lilo for floating with no rush
- A paddleboard if the sea is calm
Extra comfort
The difference between "a while at the beach" and "the perfect day" usually comes down to these details.
- A cool box with ice: cold drinks all day long
- A beach chair — sand is more tiring than it looks
- Beach bats and a volleyball for the afternoon
- A comfortable backpack to carry it all
The trick: leave it out of your suitcase
Parasol, cool box, fins, lilos… none of that fits in cabin luggage. The alternative: rent it here. Our Beach Sets include all the essentials and we deliver them to your hotel on the day you arrive — and pick them up when you leave. Less luggage, more beach.
